康胃冲剂的实验研究

摘　　要：康胃冲剂是根据临床实践组成的中药复方制剂。实验研究表明，本方对于用脱氧胆酸钠和ＮＨ４ＯＨ诱发的大鼠胃粘膜损伤有一定的保护作用，同时亦可增加胃角及幽门部粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ）及前列腺Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）及已糖胺（Ｈｅｘ）水平。康胃冲剂亦可加速醋酸性胃溃疡大鼠溃疡愈合过程。保护Ｓｈａｙ大鼠肖粘膜损伤，增加胃粘膜ＰＧＥ２、Ｈｅｘ及ＳＯＤ含量，减少ＬＰＯ浓度，抑制胃液分泌，降低胃液Ｈ＋浓度、康胃冲剂可以明显改善大黄及利血平模型的动物脾气虚证状，如可增加动物体重，延长应激时间，增加小肠木糖吸收率。此外，康胃冲剂在试管内对幽门弯曲杆菌以及某些致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌大肠埃希氏杆菌等亦有一定的抑杀作用。Kangweichongji is basically composed of chinese meteria medica according to TCM theory and clinical practice. Recently,our laboratory studies have revealed that Kangweichongji have remarkly a pratective effect on the experimental gastric mucosa injury caused by DOCA and NH4OH in rat,it could increase GMBF,PGE2 and Hex to a normal level in DOCA injured rat and promotehealing process of gastric ulcer in acetic acidinducedulcer in rat. Meanwhile,it could protect gastric mucosa injury and increas amounts of PGE2 Hex and SOD and decrese LPO concentration and inhibite excretion of gastric juice and H secretion in Shay rat. Kangweichongji could obviously improvespleen Qi deficiency syndrom of animals imitated by Rheum officinal or reserpine,for example,increasing the body weight of animal,prolonging the stress tine and elevating the intestinal absorptive rate of Xylose. In additton, Kangweichongji shown inhibiting effect on HP and some pathogenesis germ, such as Staphylococcusaureus,Hymolyticstreptococcus ect.
