中医胃脘痛的生化多指标研究

摘　　要：对６２例胃脘痛患者进行多项生化指标观察，并与正常人作了比较，发现胃脘痛者胃动素、总羰基明显升高。体液免疫明显下降。经过各指标间相关分析，发现胃泌素与ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ呈正相关，生长抑素与ＩｇＧ呈负相关，总羰基与ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＧ与ＩｇＡ呈正相关。提示这些可能是胃脘痛的病理机理之一。Biochemical criterions of 62 patients with epigastralgia were detected and compared with those of the normal peoples. The results showed that the motilin, total carbonyl group in epigastralgia group markedly rose, humoral immunity obviously lowered; at same time, gastrin and IgA. IgM were positive correlation, growth hormone and IgG was negative correlation, total carbonyl group and IgA. IgG and IgA all were positive correlation. These factors may be relating to the pathogenesis of the epigastralgia.
