摘　　要：针对已有粗关系操作的缺点,从知识完备性的角度,对已有的粗关系操作进行了改进,提出了新的粗关系操作的定义,讨论了相关的性质,为进一步开展研究打下基础。In allusion to some disadvantages existed in the Rough Relation Operation, some improvement on it is advised in this paper. A new definition of the Rough Operation from the point of knowledge completeness is put forward, and its property is di- scussed. These provide the foundation for the further research.
