摘　　要：目的研究黄芪对冠心病患者胰岛素、血糖和血脂的影响。方法将106例冠心病患者分为黄芪治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。黄芪治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注黄芪注射液4周,治疗前后测胰岛素、血糖和血脂。结果黄芪治疗组治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数有显著性差异(1.81±0.64与1.35±0.27,P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液可改善胰岛素抵抗,对防止有胰岛素抵抗因素在内的疾病有很大的临床意义。Objective To observe the influence of astragalus injection(AI) on insulin,blood glucose,and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method 106 cases of CHD were randomly divided into AI group and control group.AI group was given interavenous drip of AI on the basis of routine treatment for 4 weeks.The plasma insulin,blood glucose,and blood lipid were measured before and after treatment.Results After AI treatment,insulin sensitivity index decreased(1.84±0.64 vs 1.35±0.27,P<0.01).Conclusions AI can improve the insulin resistance in patients with CHD and has great clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of the diseases involved with insulin resistance.
