摘  要:提出了双凸极电机非线性磁路的简化分析方法,即1/4回路磁通法。该方法可以在任意转子位置、任意励磁电流和电枢电流下求得各支路的磁通。与变网络等效磁路法相比,该方法形成非线性方程组维数少,节省计算时间。与有限元法计算结果和实验结果比较表明该算法具有较高的精度。In this paper ,a new method called 1/4 loop-flux is proposed to analyze the nonlinear magnetic circuit of doubly salient motors. This method is used to analyze the non-linear magnetic circuit by specific permeance calculation while the magnetic saturation caused by armature current and exciting current is taken into account.Flux of each track can be derived easily at arbitrary rotor position,arbitrary exciting current and arbitrary current of each phase with this method. There are fewer equations with this new method so much computation time is saved and the calculation method used to compute the non-linear equations is easy to be convergent. The experimental result of the no-load performance and the computation result with finite element method (FEM) show that the computation result with the proposed method is accurate and time consuming.
