龙岗区1999～2004年常规免疫接种率监测结果评价

摘　　要：目的了解龙岗区常规免疫接种率监测现状.方法对1999年以来的常规免疫接种率监测结果进行分析.结果全区报告的及时率和完整性均为100%.1999～2004年卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百日咳白喉破伤风联合疫苗、麻疹疫苗、乙型肝炎疫苗的常规免疫报告接种率均＞95%,1999～2004年卡介苗等5种疫苗估算接种率为66.43%～93.21%,与报告接种率有一定的差距.D值显示龙岗区的资料为不可信. 结论应加强技术培训,做好流动人口的免疫接种管理,提高报告接种率的可信性.Objective To understand the current status of the routine immunization coverage in LongGang District. Method The surveillance data of routine immunization coverage since 1999 was analysed. Result The timeliness and completeness of coverage rate reporting in 1999～2004 were 100%. The routine coverage rate of BCG, OPV, DPT,MV, HBV reported during 1999～2004 was above 95%,but the estimated coverage rates of these five vaccines ranged from 66.43% to 93.21%,There is some differences between reported coverage rates and estimated ones. The date from Longgang District were unbelievable. Conclusion Technical training be strengthened and immunization management of floating population be intensified for enhancing the reliability of reported rate.
