摘　　要：丝虫性乳糜尿、乳糜血尿的治疗,一直是临床上的一大难题,长期以来,国内外学者曾对该病进行了多方面治疗研究,虽然每种疗法都取得了一定的效果,但迄今仍无根治方法。近年来,对该病又有了新的治疗研究进展,本文选择性地分析比较了保守疗法、中碳链油(MCT)、淋巴造影、外科手术、中医药物对乳糜尿(包括乳糜血尿)的治疗研究效果。The treatment of filarial chyluria and hematochyluria has been a clinical difficult problem and various efforts have been made by scholars at home and abroad in the treatment of this disease and with certain progress but up to date no radical treatment was available. New advance in treatment of this disease has been achieved recently. The results of treatment of filarial chyluria (including hematochyluria) with medium-chain triglyceride, lymphadenography, surgery, traditional Chinese medicine were introduced in this article.
