摘  要:目的建立一种简单实用的同种大鼠心脏移植模型,以利于研究移植免疫的机制。方法SD鼠供心之无名动脉及肺动脉分别与Wistar受鼠右颈总动脉及颈外静脉端端吻合。结果正式心脏移植100例,手术成功率为83%。手术时间为(70±15)min,平均冷缺血时间为(45±15)min。手术主要并发症是麻醉意外、动脉吻合口出血和血栓形成、静脉吻合口狭窄、失血性休克。未作任何处理的移植心脏平均存活时间为(7.0±3.7)天,停跳移植心脏病理表现为急性排斥反应改变。结论同种大鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型是研究免疫移植机制的良好模型。Objective To establish a simple and useful rat heterotopic heart transplantation model for study of the mechanism of transplantation immunity. Methods The model of heterotopic cervical heart transplantation was established by anastomosing the innominate artery and the pulmonary artery of the SD rat heart respectively to the right common carotid artery and the external jugular vein of the Wistar rat. A total of 100 allograft procedures like that were performed.Results The successful rate of the model was 83% .The average operative time and graft ischemia time were (70± 15) minutes and (45 ±15) minutes,respectively.The main operative complication included anesthetic accident, hemorrhage and thrombosis of the stoma of anastomosing between both the arteries, stenosis of the stoma of anastomosing between both the veins and hemorrhagic shock. The mean survival time of cardiac allograft without any treatment were (7.0 ± 3.7) days. A typical acute rejection in the transplanted hearts was shown by pathological examination. Conclusions The heterotopic cervical heart transplantation is a good model for research on the mechanism of transplantation immunity.
