摘　　要：列宁在《苏维埃政权的当前任务》一文中,在总结无产阶级取得革命胜利的实践经验基础上,指出无产阶级建立社会主义政权后,其根本任务是领导经济建设,大力发展生产力,建立社会主义的物质基础。列宁还系统地论述了发展生产力的各项措施。列宁关于社会主义根本任务的基本思想不仅对于第一个社会主义国家苏联的建设和发展,而且对于世界各个社会主义国家特别是对于建设中国特色社会主义来说都具有重大的指导意义。Lenin had summarized the practical experience in the article of 'The Present Task of Regime of the Soviet', and then pointed out after proletariat had set up socialist regime, its basic task is to lead economic construction, to develop the productivity in a more cost-effective manner and to set up socialist material base. He had also expounded every measure of developing the productivity systematically. Lenin's basic thoughts about the socialist basic task are of great directive significance not only to the construction and development of the first Soviet Union of socialist state but also to each socialist state in the world, especially to socialism-building with Chinese characteristics.
