摘　　要：要推进科学、民主、依法执政,必须进一步深化党、国、民、法四者基本关系的认识,破除旧观点,树立科学民主依法执政的新理念;必须积极推进党、政、党派、社会组织、企事业组织关系法制化、程序化的创新与完善,创新科学民主依法执政的制度、体制、机制平台;必须坚持依法执政和以德执政相结合;必须加强科学民主依法执政的理论、法制研究,不断为科学、民主、依法执政提供理论、法理依据。To push on science,democracy and administration according to law,it is of great necessity to strengthen the understonding of the relationship among the party,state,people and laws so as to do away with the ld ideas and to establish the new ones of science,democracy and administration according to law;it is important to provide a platform for the system,mechanism of science,democracy and administrating according to law with administrating according to morality;it is urgent to improve the theortical and lawful study of science,democracy and administration according to law in order to provide the grounds for them.
