摘　　要：我国农业已进入新阶段,在新阶段出现许多新问题,解决这些新问题最终要战略调整,而战略调整的关键是农业产业化。文章试图探讨农业产业化中龙头企业所起的作用及今后发展的方向。The agriculture of our country presented a lot of new problems at a new stage.Solving these new problems involves strategical readjustment finally, and the key to strategical readjustment is the agricultural industrialization. This text attempts to probe into the function which leading enterprises play and into direction that will be developed in the future in agricultural industrialization.
