摘 要:为研究蕨麻乙醇提取物的抗缺氧作用及初步机制,采用常压密闭缺氧模型、减压缺氧模型和特异性心肌缺氧模型研究其抗缺氧作用,采用紫外分光光度法研究其抗氧自由基对红细胞的氧化作用。蕨麻乙醇提取物能明显延长常压密闭缺氧小鼠、异丙肾上腺素致心肌损伤小鼠在密闭状态下的存活时间,降低整体耗氧量,并能显著增加减压缺氧状态下小鼠的存活率。有明显的抗氧自由基对红细胞的氧化作用。蕨麻乙醇提取物具有明显的抗缺氧作用,此作用可能与其抗自由基的能力有关。To study on the anti-hypoxia and anti-oxidation effect and its mechanism of the Poteutilla anserina L. alcohol extract in mice,the models of normobaric hypoxia, hypobaric hypoxia and specific myocardial hypoxia resulted from isoprenaline were used to study its anti-hypoxia effect. The spectrophotometry was used to study its anti-oxidative action on human erythrocyte with O~·_2 in vitro. The extract obviously prolonged the survival time of mice in groups of normobaric hypoxia and specific myocardial hypoxia. The oxygen consumption of the mice was significantly less than that of the controls. The survival rate of mice in the incrementall hypobaric hypoxia group was higher than that of the control group. It was also confirmed that the extract could significantly counteract the oxidative action of O~·_2 on erythrocyte. The Poteutilla anserina L. alcohol extract showed obvious anti-hypoxia and anti-oxidation effects. It was also suggested that the effects may be related to its activity of inhibiting oxygen free radicals.
