论编辑分工与合作的多维发展趋势

摘　　要：文章基于对出版市场化、产业化运作环境及编辑分工与合作的现状分析,认为出版集团内编辑的分工与合作将呈现出多维发展的趋势:(1)纵向(按编辑流程和环节进行)的分工与合作;(2)网状(主要为跨媒体)的分工与合作;(3)多维结合的分工与合作。<Abstrcat>By analyzing both the conditions of publishing marketization and industrialization and the situation of editors' work,this paper concludes that in publishing groups,a multi-dimensional development trend is emerging in the editor's sharing out the work and cooperating with one another.It's a trend of vertical development (relating to editing process and links),networking development (relating to transmedium),and multicombination development.
