三黄合剂抑制血小板聚集作用的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：三黄合剂（心脉胶囊）由黄芪、黄连、黄苓三味药组成。它对大鼠ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板聚集有抑制作用，在人体外试验中能抑制ＡＤＰ、ＡＤＲ诱导的血小板聚集。心脉胶囊治疗血小板高聚集率患者的有效率为８８．７％，与肠溶阿司匹林５０ｍｇ／ｄ的疗效相当。中医辨证分型各组疗效以气虚血瘀型最高（９２．３％），瘀痰互结型最低（７２．７％）。Sanhuang mixture(Xinmai capsule) is composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Coptis chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis.It could inhibit platelet aggregation(PAG) induced by ADP in rats or by ADP and ADR in vivo.Patients with high PAG took Xinmai capsule for 4 weeks,the effective rate was 88.7%,which was same as the efficacy of aspirin 50mg/day.In Syndrome Differentiation of TCM,the effective rate was the highest(92.3%) in the Syndrome of Qi Deficientcy-Blood Stasis, and the lowest(72.7%) in the Syndrome of Stasis Phlegm and combined together.
