心脏病患者心阴虚、心气虚证植物神经功能的研究  

Studies on Function of Vegetative Nervous System in Cardiopathic Patients with Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndromes and Heart-Yin Deficiency Syndromes

摘　　要：为探索心阴虚、心气虚证植物神经功能的变化，将５５例辨证为心阴虚、心气虚证心脏病患者分别测定心搏间距、卧立血压差、２４ｈ尿儿茶酚胺等指标，并与健康人进行比较。结果发现心气虚患者，心搏间距、平卧心率虽与健康人无明显差异，但有７８．９％的患者呼吸差＜１５次／ｍｉｎ，７８．９％的患者３０／１５比值＜１．０３，与健康人组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时还有４７．４％的患者立卧差＜１５次／ｍｉｎ，卧立血压差也有增大的趋势。心阴虚患者３０／１５比值与健康人比较虽有差异，但比值仍明显＞１．０３；２４ｈ尿儿茶酚胺测定显示心阴虚、心气虚患者均明显高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。研究表明，心阴虚、心气虚均有植物神经功能紊乱，其类型及程度与不同证型有关。To explore the changes of the function of vegetative nervous system in the patients with the syndromes of Heart-Qi Deficiency (HQD) and Heart-Yin Deficiency (HYD), 53 cases of heart diseases were divided into HQD and HYD, the duration between heart beats, differences of blood pressure in the lying and standing position,and urine-catecholamine/24 hrs was determined separately, and compared with control group. The results showed that the duration between heart beats and heart rate in the lying position in those patients of HQD didn't manifest significant difference with control group. But in 78.9% of patients, the differences of heart rate in expiration/inspiration, surpassed 15 beats per minute, and the proportion of 30/15 was less than 1.03.Compared with control group, the difference was significant (P<0. 01). Meantime,the differences of heart rate of lying/standing position was less than 15 beats per minute, and the difference of blood pressure had an increasing tend in 47.4% of the cases.Those patients of HYD didn't show any difference in the above indexes. Urine-catecholamine/24 hrs in both of the two groups surpassed that of control group (P<0.01). In short, this study showed that syndromes of HQD and HYD both displayed disturbed function of the vegetative nervous system, and their types and severities were correlated with the difference of Syndromes.
