天保宁治疗冠心病心绞痛45例临床观察

摘　　要：应用天保宁治疗冠心病心绞痛４５例，并与硝苯吡啶治疗的４５例作对照。结果表明，天保宁组取得较好的疗效，用药后不仅心绞痛临床症状明显缓解，而且能改善心电图、心阻抗图等临床多种客观指标，尤其对缺血性心电图改善较为明显，心电图总有效率为８３．７％，疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Forty-five patients suffering from angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD) were successfully treated with Taponin.The effect of the treatment was compared with that of nifedipine.The clinical practice showed that the group treated with Taponin yielded better results.After medication,the patients were markedly relieved from angina pectoris of CHD.Meanwhile the improvement of electrocardiogram(EKG) and impedance cardiogram were also observed.The effective rate of EKG improvement was 83.7%.The treatment of angina pectoris of CHD with Taponin was significantly more effective in comparing with control group(p<0.05).
