中药巴戟天中抗抑郁活性成分的研究

摘　　要：从中药巴戟天中，分到５个抗抑郁活性成分。经化学及波谱学方法，分别鉴定为琥珀酸、耐斯糖、ＩＦ－果呋喃糖基耐斯糖以及菊淀粉型六聚糖和七聚糖。以上均首次从巴戟属植物中得到。Five compounds having antidepressant activities have been isolated from the roots of Morinda officinalis,a Chi-nese traditional Yang-tonic drug. These compounds were identified as succinic acid (1) , nystose (2) , IF-fructofura-nosylnystose (3) ,inulin-type hexasaccharide (4 ) and heptasaccharide (5) by chemical and spectroscopic methods. All of the compounds are isolated from the species of genus Morinda for the first time.
