双波长薄层扫描法测定牛黄清心丸中黄芩甙的含量

摘　　要：样品经超声提取后，在硅胶ＧＦ＿（２５４）薄板上，以甲苯－乙酸乙酯－甲酸（２：３：２．２）展开，测定波长２８０ｎｍ，参比波长２０７ｎｍ，线性范围０．４６～４．６μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为９８．３５％，ＲＳＤ＝２．８２％。aicalin in the samples was extracted with ultrasonic wave, the extract was spotted on thin-layer plates of gelGF_(254) and developed with the mobile phase consisting of toluene-ethylacetate-formic acid (2 : 3 : 2. 2). Determinationswere carried out with Shimadzu CS-930 TLC scanner with λ_s= 280 nm and λ_R= 207 nm. The linear range was 0. 46-4. 6μg/ml. The average recovery of baicalin from the samples was 98. 35 %,RSD= 2. 82% .
