摘　　要：应用薄层扫描法测定了中药马钱子不同炮制品中４－羟基依卡精（ｖｏｍｉｃｉｎｅ）、依卡精（ｉｃａｊｉｎｅ）、士的宁氮氧化物（ｂｒｕｃｉｎｅＮ－ｏｘｉｄｅ）４种生物碱的含量，并就生物碱的含量分布与其炮制方法之间的关系进行了讨论。he contents of four alkalods in different processed products of Strychnos nux-vomica hamely,vomicine,icajine,strychnine N-oxide and brucine N-oxide,were determined by TLC-densitometry. The relationship between alkaloidcontents and processing methods was studied.
