比较几种药物吸收成分对大鼠二倍体成纤维细胞生长和传代的影响

摘　　要：采用ＳＤ种大鼠对几种药物的吸收成分作大鼠（胎）皮肤二倍体成纤维细胞体外培养。通过比较观察到中药延寿方、维生素Ｅ、还精煎能较明显地促进细胞增殖和增加传代数，从而推测以上药物具有延缓细胞衰老的作用。mbryonic skin fibroblast of Sprague-Dawley rats cultivated in vitro was used in this experiment.The culturalmedium was added with absorbable components of several drugs. The result reveals that Yan Shou recipe, vitamin Eand Huan Jing Jian have conspicuous promotive effect on the growth of diploid fibroblast and also help to increase pop-ulation doublings. The experiment suggests that all these drugs poxsess anti-aging effect on the skin diploid fibroblastof rats.
