持续性化疗泵在肿瘤化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的减轻患者化疗较长时间卧床的痛苦,提高化疗效果,使其接受轻松治疗。方法在无菌操作下,将氟尿嘧啶1500mg加入生理盐水至275mL,摇匀,药液注入泵内,拧紧帽盖装置。选择易于固定,便于观察的部位,进行穿刺留置静脉,用艾克孚持续性化疗泵连续5d滴注,可离床自由活动。结果除有不同程度的局部渗出外,消化道反应较普通化疗反应明显减轻,无静脉炎的发生,局部渗出给予处理后痊愈。全部过程顺利,患者愿意接受。结论该泵能匀速、定时、定量将药注入患者体内,达到良好的治疗效果,提高患者生活质量,轻松接受化疗,深受患者欢迎。对于需维持时间较长的药物,均可使用该泵。Objective:To relieve the sufferirg for those chemo patient who stay in bed for a long time,and inporve the efficacy of chemotherapy.Cause to the patient asy accept the chemotherapy.Methods:To operate in asepsis 5-Fluororacil 1500 mg plus 0.9%Nacl reach 275 mL,to wave uniformity and influx into the pump,and off the hood of equipment,then choose the location for facility fix and observation.To prick and detain vein use the accufuser pump continual intravenous infusion for 5 days,in those days the patient can move freely.Results:In addition to have different degree effusion in part,the reactive of alimentary canal relieve obviously than ordinary chemotherapy.There is no happen phlebitis.To give treatment the effusion in part recovery.All process is smoothly.The patients are willing to accept.Conclusion:The pump can put the medicine to body in uniformity speed,timing and quantitate.To reach the better effect and improve the patient living conditions,let the chemotherapy became relaxed.This get welcome of the patients.For those need long time themotherapy all can use this pump.
