输尿管插管在宫颈及阔韧带肌瘤手术时的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在子宫颈及阔韧带巨大肌瘤切除时放置输尿管导管,预防输尿管损伤的可行性。方法:在膀胱镜下放置输尿管导管,再行宫颈及阔韧带肌瘤切除术,术毕即拔除输尿管导管,保留导尿管3d。结果:34例放置输尿管导管43条,使手术时间缩短且出血量减少,未发生输尿管损伤,术后出现短时间血尿。结论:在子宫颈及阔韧带巨大肌瘤切除术时放置输尿管导管,可有效防止输尿管损伤,使手术操作容易而快捷,无并发症及后遗症,安全可行。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of ureteral catheler in excision of cervical and broad ligament myoma.Methods:With ureteral catheter guidedby cistoscope,surgical excision of cervical and broad ligament myoma was underwent.The ureteral catheter was extubated after operation and urethral catheter was remained for 3 days.Results:There was shorten operation time,less bleeding and postoperative blood urine in short time,no ureteral injuries in 34 cases with 43 ureteral catheters.Conclusion:Ureteral catheter is feasible and effective in preventing from ureteral injuries during surgery of cervical and broad ligament myoma.The technique is easy and safe without complications and sequelae
