摘  要:天然气、液化石油气管线系统遭到地震破坏,会引发严重的火灾、泄露、爆炸、污染等次生事故,造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,因而确保这些管系的抗震安全是极其重要的。为此,对一段天然气管道系统的地震激发的动态响应进行了分析。采用有限元建模方法,考虑了管系的复杂支撑、吊架、管系设备、弯头的影响,计算出了三维EIcentro地震激发的管系模态,管系位移、转角响应幅值,以及地震激发的管系模态响应系数。从计算结果看出,地震对管系的动态特性有着重要影响,在管道设计时应该对此加以考虑,并提出了提高管系抗震的措施。It will lead the associated accidents, such as fire, leakage, explosion, pollution etc., and make large economic loss and people injury/death the pipeline system of gas or LPG is broken by seism. So it is very important to guarantee the pipeline system is anti-seismic and safe. The dynamic response induced by seism is analyzed for a section of gas pipeline system. With finite element modeling, considering the influence of the complex supports, hangers, devices and elbows of the pipeline system, the system modality induced by 3-D Elcentro seism, the response amplitudes of the system displacements and rotations, and the response coefficient of the system modality induced by seism are calculated. The results show seism has big effect on the performance of the pipeline system, which should be considered when pipeline design is made. The measures are proposed to improve the anti-seismic property of the pipeline system.
