摘　　要：以甘草酸单铵盐标准品为对照，应用反相高效液相色谱法测定了甘草及其炮制品中甘草酸的含量。方法准确度高，重现性好，操作快速、简便。This paper presents a study on the drug-processing of the root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis uralensis. A HPLCmethod for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhiza uralensis and its proressed preducts been established.The methed is simple,speific and accurate. The recovery is 99. 97 % and the ralative standard deviation is 0. 9 %.
