大果木姜子油对麻醉猫血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：给麻醉开胸猫大果木姜子油０．２ｍｌ·ｋｇ￣（－１）十二指肠给药后，ＳＡＰ及ＤＡＰ缓慢下降，至药后９０ｍｉｎ下降１５．２％及１４．２％，同时，ＨＲ减慢，ＣＯ减少，ＬＶＰ，ＬＶＥＤＰ，ｄｐ／ｄｔ＿（ｍａｘ）及Ｖ＿（ｍａｘ）显著降低，ＬＶＰ－（ｄｐ／ｄｔ）Ｐ￣（－１）环缩小。消心痛与其有类似效应。Cinnamomum migao oil (CV-3) 0.2ml·kg￣(-1) was intraduodenum given to anesthetized open-chest cats-Ninety minutes after treatment with the oil, the SAP and DAP were slowly reduced to 15.2% and 14.2%, respec-tively. At the sametime, the HR was slowed down and CO decreased. The left ventricular pressure (LVP), the leftventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEIDP), dp/dt_(max) and V_(max) were remarkably reduced respectively. The LVP-(dp/dt_(max))P￣(-1) loop was narrowed. Isosorbide dinitrate showed similar effects to CV-3.
