摘　　要：介绍了点滴瓶瓶盖成型工艺过程,重点叙述了注射模成型模具的结构和设计要点,对瓶盖内螺纹的强制脱模、平衡浇注系统、冷却系统作了说明,最后介绍了点滴瓶瓶盖注塑模具的工作过程。The molding process of cap of dropper is introduced. The structure and design gist of injection mold are elaborated. Forcible demould of inner thread of the cap, balanced injection system and cooling system are described. Finally, working process of injection mold of cap of dropper is introduced.
