摘　　要：介绍了注塑CAE技术在优化模具结构设计和注塑成型工艺参数的强大功能,阐述了MPI在注塑成型技术中的应用和注塑CAE的研究历程和现状。重点介绍了在MPI使用过程中对模型的前处理网格编辑的一些方法与技巧,并利用具体的事例来进行注塑成型过程中的诸如流动、取向、结晶、保压、冷却、翘曲等模拟分析。The powerful function of injection molding CAE technology in optimizing mold structure design and injection molding parameters is introduced. The application of MPI in injection molding technology. study history and present status of injection CAE are described. The introduction to some methods and tips of pre-processing mesh edit in using MPI is emphasized. Some processes in injection molding are simulated by an instance, such as flow, orientation , crystallization , pack, cool and warp.
