补骨脂中补骨脂酚的含量测定

摘　　要：建立了补骨脂酚气相色谱定量方法。３％ＳＥ＿（３０）填充柱，气化和柱温分别为２５０℃和２２０℃，氢火焰离子检测器。经测定其线性范围０．２４～２．４μｇ，平均回收率９８．８２％，ＲＳＤ１．５８％。对１１个地区所售补骨脂进行测定，含量为１％～７％。A GC method for the determination of bakuchiol is described.GC conditions for analysing are as fol-lows: arationary phase: SE-30; injector tempoature: 250℃;column temperture: 200℃ and deteetor: FID. The linearrange of this method is 0. 24～2. 4μg and the average recovery is 98. 82%, with a relative standard deviation of1. 58%. This. method has been successfully used to determine the content of bakuchiol in the samples on the market in11 different areas, the contents being 1%～7% .
