柳茶对CCl＿4肝损伤的保护作用及机理初探

摘　　要：柳茶能显著防止ＣＣｌ＿４中毒小鼠鼠ＳＧＰＴ，ＳＧＯＴ升高；降低肝ＭＤＡ；提高肝、血ＧＳＨ含量和ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ活性。柳茶能诱导肝微粒体蛋白及细胞色素Ｐ－４５０的合成。表明柳茶的保肝作用可能与其清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化有关。Liu Tea can effectively prevent the elevation of SGPT and SGOT induced by CCl_4 in mice, reduceMDA and elevate GSH and GSH-px levels. It also induces the anabolism of microromal protein and hepatocyte micro-somal cytochrome P-450. These results suggest that Liu Tea has protective effects on the liver, which may be related to the clearing of free radicals and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
