摘　　要：内固定手术方法是治疗长管骨骨折的重要手段之一，具有骨折复位满意、固定牢靠和有利骨折愈合等优点，但也存在一些问题。本文对４９例内固定手术失败的原因进行分析，并提出进一步预防措施，旨在引起同行们的重视，而对于文献中已经报道的一些常见经验教训不再作重复讨论。Abstract The internal fixation and open reduction for the long-bone fracture is one of the major methods of fracture treatment, the goodpoints includ the anatomical reduction, strength fixation and promoting fracture healing, but its problems may be present. The failing causes of 49 patients who had the long-bone fracture with open reduction and internal fixation were reported and analysed in the paper. We recommended the preventive rneasures of the complications.
