摘　　要：目的:探讨人工肝支持治疗术中常规技术问题及处理方法。方法:通过对上千例人工肝支持治疗术的观察总结,发现如何减少和处理技术问题的方法。结果:人工肝支持治疗术中常见技术问题有:血液通路不畅、血浆置换速度不当和进出量失衡、血浆分离器存膜等。结论:减少和处理好人工肝治疗术中常见技术问题可使治疗更安全顺利。To investigate technique problem and management methods in artificial liver support treament.Methods:(1)Discover way about how to reduce and handle the technique problem by more than thousandth example artificial liver support cures and observation.(2)Discover way about how to reduce and handle the technique problem by more than thousandth example artificial liver support cres and observation,etc.Results:The common technique problem in artificial liver support cures are clotted catheter,unsuitable blood flow,exchange unequilibrium and broken the film of plasmafiltration.Conclusion:To reduce and correctly manage the common technique problem in artificial liver support cures can make treatment more safe and easier.
