摘　　要：目的:通过对14例肝性脑病患者应用连续性静脉静脉血液滤过治疗的观察和护理,为了治疗肝性脑病提供科学的临床护理依据。方法:应用CVVH方法治疗肝性脑病过程中,对有效维持CVVH的正常运转及术中出现的并发症预防观察及护理等方面进行重点探讨。结果:CVVH治疗14例患者共29例次,总有效率85.71%,与对照组总有效率42.86%比较有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗过程中避免了出血、凝血、感染、褥疮、外伤等并发症发生。结论:肝性脑病是重症肝炎和肝硬化的重要并发症之一,采用CVVH治疗使大部分患者的临床症状得到有效改善。而在临床上仔细观察,加强CVVH技术的护理对提高肝性脑病的清醒率和存活率起到重要作用。To advance the scientific clinical nurse care evidence by observing and nursing the patients with hepatic encephalopathg(HE) using the treatment of continuous venous venous hemofiltration(CVVH).Methods:14 patients with HE were treated by CVVH.We mainly observed the efficient and proper operation of the CVVH and prevented and nursed the complication in the CVVH.Results:14 patients were treated by CVVH in 29 times.The efficiency of the CVVH group was 85.71%.The efficency of the control group was 42.86%.There was significantly difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The complications of the bleeding?blood coagulation?infect?bedsore and injury were efficiently prevented in the CVVH operation.Conclusion:This study shownd that the CVVH can effectively improve the clinical symptom of the patients with HE.The careful observation and nurse care in the CVVH were mainly positive factors for improving the rate of consciousness and survive of the HE patients.
