补肾法对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢影响的作用机理探讨

摘　　要：使用补肾方剂（补肾健骨胶囊）对切除卵巢后引起大鼠骨质疏松的雌性成年大鼠进行了雌激素和补肾健骨胶囊的治疗。观察了大鼠雌激素、黄体生成素、子宫重量，以及股骨计量学和胫骨组织形态计量学的变化。统计学结果显示：补肾健骨胶囊治疗能改善去势大鼠的骨质丢失状态，起到保护骨骼的作用。其作用机理可能与其具有１．性激素样作用；２．增强成骨细胞活性，使骨生成增强；３．调节机体内环境微量元素的平衡，促使矿物质在骨中的沉积，进而发挥抗骨质疏松症作用。Ovariectomized female adult rats were treated with,renal tonic in traditional chinese medicine(Bu Shen jian GuBSJG capsule)and compared with estriogenic hormone treated group.The parameters such as estrogen,luteal hormone,weight of uterus,the metrology of femur,the histomorphometrology of tibia were studied. The statistical results indicated that BSJG capsule improve the bone loss of ovariectommized rats and prevent osteoporosis.The effect showld be related to:1.sex hormone like effects;2. activating osteoblasts and promoting ossify;3.regulating the balance of trace elements and promoting the mineralization of bone.
