摘　　要：我们研制了一种能监控CPU、ROM、RAM、I/O等的工作电压的装置,当电压异常时,能中断系统运行,还具有对CPU、电风扇等进行冷却的作用。从而能防止硬件的损坏及人为因素造成的损坏,保护软件的完整,使计算机安全可靠运行。We research to manufacture a working voltage which can supervise and control CPU,ROM, RAM,I/O…etc. When voltage is in abnormality, which can intertupt the system work and which can cool CPU and elecoric fans as well, thus it prevents the hardware's failure or damage,protects the software's completenss,and makes the computer work safe.
