摘　　要：退役运动员的安置工作关系到中国竞技人才是否出现危机的大问题,对竞技体育的影响越来越大,情况非常严重。本文就运动员退役安置现状及解决的办法做出阐述。The aftercare of ex-service athletes is connected with the big pr ob lem whether there will be a crisis about athletes with s more and more influence s on athletic sport. The situation is very serious,therefore The paper explores the stat and the solution to the aftercare of ex-service athletes.
