摘　　要：树脂传递模塑(RTM)是一种新型的树脂基复合材料的成型方法,具有许多独特的优点,近年来发展迅速。模具的设计与制作是RTM的关键技术。本文通过RTM玻璃钢检查井盖的研制,阐述了RTM模具设计的基本原则,并对其基本结构的设计和制作过程进行了较详细的探讨和研究。RTM is a new kind of resin matrix composite moulding technology. It has many advantages and developed rapidly in recent years. Mold design and manufacturing are important. This paper describes the basic RTM mold design principle. Through developing and manufacturing glassfiber reinforced plastics inspection well lids, it discusses its mould design including the position of injection hole, clamping component, air outlet and so on.
