河北省市政公用事业改革存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：论述了市政公用事业的特点,以及改革的目的、内容,并以河北省为例分析了市政公用事业改革的现状及制约改革的主要因素,提出了市政公用事业改革的对策措施.Elaborated the characteristic of municipal administration public utilities, as well as the reform goal, the content, and taking Hebei Province as the example, the paper has analyzed the present situation of the municipal administ ration public utilities reforms and primary factors to restrict reform, and also proposed countermeasures of the municipal administration public utilities reform.
