摘　　要：以磨盘山水库的截流设计与实施技术为例,论述了大河截流在水库施工中的重要性,提出了改进参数和注意事项.Taking the shutoff and enforcement techruques of Mopanshan reservoir as example, the paper covers the significance of the cut-off river in reservoir construction and also puts forward the improved parameters and attention matters.
