对广东省城镇中学女生课余体育锻炼状况的调查分析

摘　　要：主要采用问卷调查的方法,对广东省12个地级市的24所城镇学校1086名中学女生参加课余体育锻炼的状况进行了有效的抽样调研。结果表明:中学女生对体育锻炼的态度积极肯定,但体育锻炼行为普遍不足,存在较严重的“知行冲突”现象,而且呈现非常明显的学段差异。By using the method of questionnaire.This paper makes sampling investigation on physical training condition of 1086 middle schoolgirls in GuangDong province.The result shows that middle schoolgirls have clear positive attitude on physical training,but the schoolgirls have lack of enough initiative action,only a few of schoolgirls have habit for training.Meanwhile,it has clear difference of study-phase.
