流式细胞仪分析益髓灵对MDS患者T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：在临床应用研究的同时，利用流式细胞仪分析了益髓灵对骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者Ｔ细胞亚群的影响，结果显示服用益髓灵后能明显提高患者外周血Ｔ４细胞数，降低Ｔ８细胞数，调整Ｔ４／Ｔ８比例。提示益髓灵可能具有调节ＭＤＳ患者免疫功能的作用。ISuilin(Ysl)is a group of herbs which can strengthen qi,nounsh Yin, activate the bload according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.Clinical Data onPatients With alyeledy splastie Syndromes (M. D. S)prore that Ysl can prolong surlival duration, deerease the rate of evolation to Aall.During our Climealstady,We analyized the in fluence of Ysl on blood T- Cell in Patients With MDS by Fcm,The results reveal that Ysl can increase T- Cell (T4)and de-crease T-cell/(T8) ,and then adjust the value of T4/T8.
