开闭复方对内毒素休克大鼠微循环的影响

摘　　要：本实验观察了中药开闭复方对重症内毒素休克大鼠骨骼肌微循环的保护作用.结果显示:中药开闭复方能明显改善骨骼肌微循环,延长动物存活时间,提高存活率.本结果为临床应用中药开闭复方抢救重症感染性休克提供了实验依据.This experiment was designed to observe the protective effect of Chinese herbal compound for inducing resuscitation on muscular microcirculation of rats with severe endotoxic shock. The results show that this herbal compound significantly ameliorates the disturbance of muscular mirocircula-tion,prolongs the survival time and increases the survival rate of the rats with severe endotoxic shock. These data provide experimental evidence for clinical application of Chinese herbal compound for inducing resuscitation to treat severe endotoxic shock.
