摘 要:描述了超声振动技术在聚合物挤出成型过程中的典型应用方式及其研究结果,重点阐述了挤出模头中引入超声振动后,超声振动对聚合物熔体挤出过程及制品结构性能的影响。Typical applications of ultrasonic vibration techniques and correlating research results during extrusion process were formulated in this article. First, the author introduced different ultrasonic vibration devices; then, the author mainly described the influences of ultrasonic vibrations on polymer extrusion process and product properties. Numerous experiments and results show that ultrasonic vibrations are helpful to the extrusion process and product properties, such as increasing polymer product, decreasing polymer viscosity and extrusion swell, affecting product mechanical properties, enhancing the compatibility of immiscible polymers, at the same time, the ultrasonic vibrations also demonstrated effects on crystallization behavior and crystalline structure of polymers. Undoubtedly, Those will be good news to polymer process. But the function mechanism of ultrasonic vibrations is still left.
