摘  要:用二氯二甲基硅烷,或其与α,ω-二氯聚二甲基硅氧烷的混合物来改性双酚A型环氧树脂,通过测定固化物的冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、玻璃化转变温度等方式,对改性体系各项性能与有机硅组成及含量的关系进行了探讨;同时用扫描电镜和透射电镜分别研究了改性材料的断面形态及内部微相分离情况。结果表明,环氧树脂经二氯二甲基硅烷改性后,其固化物的韧性、力学强度和耐热性均有提高,而适当比例的小分子硅烷与大分子聚硅氧烷同时引入则可使固化物韧性大大增强的同时,其它性能(如强度、耐热性)也有不同程度的改善。Bisphenol A epoxy resins was modified by dimethyldichlorosilane,or the mixture of α,ω-chloro-polydimethylsiloxane end and dimethyldichlorosilane. The connections between the properties of the modified systems and the composing and content of the organic silicon were investigated by mensurating the impact strength, tensile strength, elongation,and glass transition termpereture of the cured materials. SEM was used to study the morphology of fracture surfaces of the modified materials, and their internal situation of microcosmic phase-separating was studied by TEM. The results indicate that, modified by dimethyldichlorosilane, the toughness, mechanical strength and thermal resistance of the cured materials are all improved wholly,and with the adding of suitable proportions of both small silane molecules and polysiloxane macromolecules, the toughness of the cured material is strengthened greatly, and other characters (as strength, thermal resistance) are also improved on various degree.
