摘　　要：介绍了以P89C668单片机为核心的胶轮热转印机控制系统,给出了系统的实现原理、硬件组成以及相应的软件设计.在转印过程中,采用FuzzyPID混合算法对温度进行非线性控制,采用双闭环交流调压调速系统分别对两路电机进行速度控制.Presents the control system for rubber tyre transfer printer based on P89C668.It describes the idea and method of the system design in particular.The function and the configuration of hardware and software is given.In the printing process,it uses FuzzyPID arithmetic on temperature of nonlinear control,and adopts double closed loop AC regulatioin speed system on controlling two motor.
