摘 要:通过测定三种不同状态(轧态、消除应力态、再结晶态)及三个不同取向(平行于终轧方向、垂直于终轧方向、与终轧方向成45°)的1.0min粉冶纯钼板材的硬度、室温抗拉性能、室温抗弯曲性能、怀突性能、弯曲塑-脆转变温度及高温抗拉性能研究了试样的状态及取向的影响;提出了经800℃/h退火的消除应力态的板材具有最佳的综合性能;并简要分析了试样的状态及取向影响钼板性能的原因。The hardness, room temperature tensile and bending properties, cup drawing values, bending DBTT and high Lemperature tensile properties of 1.0 mm unalloyed Mo sheet by determination three different orientations (paraller and perPendicular to final rolling direction and 45° angle to final rolling direction) with three variable conditions (as-rolled,stree-relieved and recrystallization) are discussed in order to study the effect of the condition and the orientation of the speciment. The best property combination in the stress-relieved unalloyed Mo sheet annealed at 800℃ for an hour is also presented. The reasons of the effect of the conditions and orientations of the specimen on Mo sheet are briefly talked about.
