摘  要:研究核动力堆排放废液中常见核素60CO、59Fe、51Cr、85Sr在两种年龄大鼠体内的分布、剂量及细胞遗传效应。方法予动物一次静注或口服放射性核素,定期进行全身及器官放射性测量和染色体畸变分析。结果85Sr主要聚集于骨骼;59Fe、51Cr全身广泛分布,但以肝、骨髓、红细胞含量最高;60Co主要分布于肝、肾、肺和皮毛。85Sr、59Fe、60Co在本实验条件下都能诱发骨髓和血淋巴细胞染色体畸变。结论四种核素在动物体内分布有年龄差异,摄入同量放射性核素,幼年鼠较成年鼠受到较大的辐射剂量。IM To study the distribution,retention,internal irradiation dose and radiation-cytogenetic ef-fects of 60Co、59Fe、51Cr、85Sr from radioactive waste discharged by reactors on rats of two different age groups. METRODS The radionuclides were administered one dose intravenously or by gastric intu-bation. Then the radioactivity of the whole body and in the organs were periodically measured and the chromosome aberrations analysed. RESULTS 85 Sr was mainly accumulated in the bone,and 59 Fe、 51Cr were distributed widely in the whole body of rats with the highest content in the liver,the marrow and the red blood cells. 60Co was mainly distributed in the liver,the kidneys, the lungs and the pelt.All the radionuclides, with the exception of 51Cr, could induce chromosome aberration not only in the marrow cells, but also in the blood lymphocytes under the experimental conditions. CONCLUSION Significant differences in the distribution and dose of the four radionuclides were shown in the rats of the two different age group. Equal amount of radionuclides taken by the young rats will have bigger radia-tion dose than that of the adult rats.
