摘 要:采用田间酸雨喷淋系统,研究了模拟酸雨对豇豆(VignasinensisSavi)叶片可见伤害、叶绿素含量、气孔开度、过氧化物同工酶活性、细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:豇豆对酸雨胁迫的敏感性,除与本身的生理特性有关,主要取决于酸雨的pH值。pH4.0以下的酸雨使豇豆叶片受到伤害,叶绿素含量下降,气孔开放频率增大,过氧化物同工酶活性下降和细胞膜透性增强等。The visible symptoms damages of artificial acid rain and its effect on the content of chlorophyll, stomatal aperture, POD activity and membrane permeability of leaf in cowpea ( Vigna sinensis Savi) were studied with a field artificial acid rain system . The results were as follows: the sensibility of visible damage to acid rain was mainly determined by pH value of acid rain, though genetic characteristic, plant growth stage and environmental factors also had some effects. Under artificial acid rain of pH<4.0, leaves of Cowpea were damaged, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and POD activity amount decreased, while membrane permeability and stomatal aperture of leaf increased.
