泻热解毒丸对家兔大肠杆菌性肺炎的治疗观察

摘　　要：本实验用大肠杆菌造成家兔肺炎模型,随机分组治疗观察其变化,结果表明:在24～48小时后,泻热解毒丸治疗组动物临床症状消失,而盐水对照组动物出现持续发热、呼吸困难、紫绀。治疗组的体温反应指数、血浆内毒素含量均显著低于对照组(p<0.01),红细胞免疫功能在48小时后趋于正常;而对照纽却明显下降(p<0.05)。治疗组主要脏器组织切片未见明显改变;而对照组出现显著病理变化。提示泻热解毒丸对动物肺炎模型有明显的治疗和保护作用。In this experiment ,the effect of heat-purging and detoxifying pill in rabbit models of escherihia coli pneumonia was observed. Results showed that in treated group,the symptoms of the patients disappeared at 24-48h. after treatment,the control group treated with normal saline manifested continuous fever.dyspnea and cyanosis. The temperature reaction index and the content of plasma endotoxin of the treated group were much lower.than those of the control group(p<0. 01). Erythrocyte immune function of the treated group returned to normal at 48 h. after treatment while that of the control group was significantly decreased (p<0. 05). The tissue slice of the main organs also has marked pathological changes in control group. These results suggest that heat-purging and detoxifying pill has obvious therapeutic and protective effects on animal models of pneumonia.
