摘  要:用兔心脏血T淋巴细胞转化实验、角膜厚度计和扫描电镜等方法,对鸡→兔穿透性异种角膜移植的实验模型进行检测观察。结果:术后3周时,各组T淋巴细胞转化率均达峰值,冬虫夏草治疗组心脏血T淋巴细胞转化率为乃.69±1.27,空白对照组为27.32±2.38,组间比较差异存在显著性(P<0.05);在观察期内,冬虫夏草组植片透明率为62.5%,而对照组植片出现明显排斥反应,植片透明率为零,植片厚度随混浊程度的加重而增加;电镜下观察冬虫夏草组的Descemet膜内皮细胞优于对照组。结果提示:冬虫夏草在角膜移植术后能发挥免疫抑制剂的作用,并能强化激素的效果。Experimental model on chiken-rabbit penetrating keratoplasty of heterograft wasdetected by means of tranfomation of T-lymph cell of rabbit heart blood.retinal thicknessmearsurement and scanning electron-microscope(SEM).Three weeks after the surgeries the T-lymph cell transition rates of both the test group and the control group increased to the peak of15.69 ± 1.27 and 27.32 ± 2.38 respectively.The difference between two groups was remarkable(P< 0.05).uring the observation. the transparency of the implant the cordyceps group was62.5%in contrast to the zero transparency of the implant ofthe control group. in which obviousrejection existed and the thickness of the implant increased with the increasing opacity.SEMshown the endothelialial cells in Descemet membrane were suprior over those ofthe control group. The results showed that cordyceps could played a role as an immunity inhibitor and hormone en-hancer.
