喜树硷抑制兔结膜成纤维细胞的实验研究

摘　　要：用兔眼球结膜体外细胞培养和活体兔结膜下埋线并分别用喜树硷和５－氟服嘧啶对埋线周围成纤维细胞的增殖进行抑制实验。结果证明，喜树硷无论在体内还是在体外，实验组与空白对照组相比，均有显著的抑制成纤维细胞增生的作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。体内实验组与５－氟脲嘧啶组相比，效果差异无显著性。但喜树硷所致的局部组织反应较５－氟脲嘧啶组轻，且对眼组织无毒副作用。Camptothecin was investigated for its ability to inhibite rabbit subconjunctivalflb roblast proliferation in cell culture.Camptothecin and 5- Fu were further observed in animalmodels of subjunctival scars causedby imbedded surgical suture for their inhibitory action in vivo. The results showed that camptothecin was effective against flbroblast prolification both in vitroand in vivo as compared with blank controls.The effect was not of significant differencr betweenco mptothecin and 5- Fu in vivo.The local tissure reactio n caused by co mptothecin waslighter than that caused by 5- Fu. No toxic and side effects were observed in the eye tissure ofcamptothecin group.
